Toddlers
These are suggestions provided by Jan who managed her son Zachary's diet as a toddler/preschooler. She would choose one item below to feed him about every 2 hours. She also suggests putting the food in a small container to make it seem like more. Thanks Jan!

| Celery Sticks 3-4 two inch pieces |
Graham Crackers 1/4 of entire cracker |
Diet Jello 1/4 cup with fruit pieces, i.e., very small orange pieces cut from two sections of orange |
| Baby Carrots 4-5 pieces |
Saltines 1 broken into 2 pieces |
Frozen Favored Ice Icee 2-3 tablespoons in a plastic restaurant condiment container |
| Red and Green Pepper 4 slices |
Pretzels 4 pieces- small airplane size |
Ice Chips 1/2 cup, flavored with watered down juice poured over, instead of syrup |
| Strawberries 2 small, each cut in half |
Cheerios or Whole Grain Cereal Not sweetened, limit 8 pieces |
Popcorn 1/2 cup popped or 6-8 pieces; no salt or butter |
